The Austin Dress

Our dresses are cut from 100% bias-cut silk, allowing the fabric to naturally skim and mold to the body for a flattering, fluid fit rather than a tight or restrictive feel. Sizing is intentionally flexible, with more room for movement and drape.

Recommended size ranges:
XS — best for US 0–4 (fits XS/S)
S — best for US 2–6 (fits S/M)
M — best for US 6–10 (fits M/L)

Dresses are intentionally cut with ease. We recommend shopping your true size or sizing down. If between sizes, size down for a closer fit or keep to your normal size for more drape. Adjustable straps allow for additional flexibility. Both of our models normally wear size small and are a XS in our dress.

Model Information:

Blonde model is wearing size Small: Height: 5’8” | Bust: 33” | Waist 26” | Weight: 138 lbs. Typically wears size S in dresses – An XS would be the appropriate size for her but small works too! It's all about your desired fit.

Brunette model is wearing size XS: Height: 5’6” | Bust: 34A | Waist: 27–28” | Weight: 130 lbs. Typically wears size S in dresses.

Each dress is crafted in small batches in a women-led studio in Manhattan, NY using 100% satin silk. We choose natural fibers for their softness, breathability, and longevity.

Why silk: naturally temperature-regulating, gentle on the skin, and made to last when cared for well.

Care:

• Dry clean or gently hand wash cold (we suggest dry cleaning)
• Lay flat or hang to dry away from direct sunlight
• Avoid wringing, twisting, or harsh detergents
• Steam gently; avoid direct high heat on the silk

We accept returns on unworn items with tags attached. Store credit is available within 10 days of delivery, and refunds within 7 days. Due to limited quantities, we do not offer exchanges.
