When will my order ship?
Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Delivery times vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. Eligible items may be returned if they are unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, scent, makeup, or damage will not be accepted.
What is your return window?
We offer two return options: store credit is accepted within 10 days of delivery, and refunds are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Refunds are available within 7 days of delivery and are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping.
Do you offer store credit?
Yes. Store credit is available within 10 days of delivery, never expires, and can be used on future collections or restocks. Choosing store credit helps support our small-batch production and reduce waste.
Do you offer exchanges?
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges due to limited quantities. If you need a different size, please return your item for store credit and place a new order.
What items are final sale?
Sale items, discounted pieces, and any items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, store credit, or refund.
How do I start a return?
Please email support@shoplulo.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your preferred return option (store credit or refund). We’ll respond with next steps within 1–2 business days.
How do your dresses fit?
Our dresses are designed with a flexible, flattering fit. While labeled XS–M, our styles accommodate a range (XS/S, S/M, M/L) depending on body type and preference. They fit traditionally larger so we suggest shopping true to size or sizing down.
If I’m between sizes, what should I do?
We recommend choosing based on how you prefer your dress to fit — closer to the body or more relaxed. We have included model information to help you decided as well. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out before purchasing.
What materials do you use?
Our dresses are made from 100% silk and other high-quality natural materials selected for longevity and feel.
How should I care for my dress?
We recommend gentle dry clean only to preserve the integrity of the fabric and construction.
