LULO — SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship from the United States and offer both domestic and international shipping.


Order Processing

Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

Delivery times typically range from 2–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location and the carrier selected.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.


International Shipping

International delivery times typically range from 7–21 business days, depending on destination.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, and import fees

  • These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Lulo is not responsible for packages once they are marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

If your package is missing, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly, as they are best equipped to assist in locating the shipment.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.


Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
