LULO — RETURNS, REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT POLICY

At Lulo, each piece is made with intention, care, and small-batch craftsmanship. We want you to feel confident in your purchase while also protecting the integrity of our garments and production process. Please review our policy carefully before purchasing.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke, stains, or damage

  • Returned in original condition with all tags attached

Items that show signs of wear or do not meet these standards will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy.


Return Options

We offer two return options for eligible items:


Store Credit (Preferred Option)

Returns for store credit are accepted within 10 days of delivery.

Store credit:

  • Never expires

  • Can be used on future collections or restocks

  • Helps support small-batch production and minimize waste

Choosing store credit allows us to continue creating intentional pieces while maintaining sustainable production practices.


Refunds

Returns for refunds are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the item has been received and inspected. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

Due to limited quantities and small production runs, we are unable to guarantee availability across sizes. If you need a different size, please return your item for store credit and place a new order.


Final Sale Items

All sale items, discounted pieces, and any items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, store credit, or refund.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email support@shoplulo.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Your preferred return option (store credit or refund)

Our team will respond with next steps within 1–2 business days.


Additional Notes

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns
